A step-by-step training system built around the 4 C’s of Mental Toughness—Control, Commitment, Challenge, and Confidence. These core skills help athletes handle pressure, regulate emotions, and perform at their best.
Live Group Coaching Calls
Athletes will be invited to bi-monthly group coaching calls where they can ask questions, get feedback, and stay connected to their mental training. This live support continues for as long as the program exists.
Guided Exercises
Worksheets, mindset assesments, performance journals, and more—tools that help athletes apply what they’re learning to training, competition, and everyday life.
Access to a Certified Mental Performance Coach
Member athletes can connect with the developer of this program to ask question, gain insight and sign up for individual coaching sessions. Coaching sessions purchased separately.
