The Mental Blueprint Mobile App is designed to help athletes apply the mental skills from this program in real time — before practice, during competition, and throughout daily training.

 

Inside the app, athletes can access guided breathing exercises, visualization sessions, mindfulness routines, reset tools, confidence reminders, and personalized goal review pages connected to the work they complete in the course.

 

The app also includes access to the AI Mental Coach — an interactive support tool trained on the Mental Blueprint system, the 4C model of Mental Toughness, and a deep knowledge base in sport psychology and performance psychology.

 

Athletes can use the AI Coach to:
• Reflect on performances
• Rebuild confidence after setbacks
• Improve routines and focus
• Manage pressure and emotions
• Apply concepts from the program to real competitive situations

 

The mobile app is designed for daily use and in-the-moment support wherever athletes are:
• Before competition
• On the bus
• In the locker room
• During recovery
• After difficult performances

 

This is an optional add-on and is not required to complete the course.
